Dr. Kurt Youngberg was ready to grow beyond the traditional private practice model of therapy in which his business was already thriving. Kurt wanted to create a space that represented his complete vision - a container for healing that expanded beyond just the four walls of a therapy room. Apraxis Center was born from this desire to be a home for those who needed traditional therapy and for other non-traditional forms of therapy too that bring folks out into the natural world. Apraxis Center is a bridge between theory and practice, a space where people can deeply connect with who they are and live that out into the world.
