You’ll get my undivided attention for a full day to work solely on your business.
This day is customized to what you’re needing right now. In order for our day to be the most successful it can be, I’ll need you available for decision-making and providing feedback.
Here’s how it works…
What we accomplish during your Dharma Day will be unique to you.
Here are some examples of what we could work on and how much time we’ll need. If you have a question about what you need and how much time it will take, please send me an email.

Together we’ll create your logo, its variations, typefaces, color palette, and any supporting graphic elements that will enhance your brand experience.
For a complete overhaul of an existing brand, we’ll need a full day.
For a simple visual identity or a refresh using some existing elements, we’ll need a half day.

Get your website up and running fast without sacrificing functionality and flair. Whether you need a brand new website or updates to your existing site, I’ll make sure the job is done right.
A simple Squarespace website (5 pages) can be completed in a full Dharma Day.
For additional pages or a redesign of a larger existing website, I recommend starting with 2 full Dharma Days.

What to expect for our work together…
Step one
Book Your Day
Select a day when you can be virtually available. If you don’t see a date that works for you then send me an email, and we’ll find a time that works for both of our schedules.
Step Two
Prepare
Based on what we plan to work on together, I will provide the prep-work and guidance necessary to make our day a success. I’ve poured intention, and strategy into the workbook prompts so that what we create will be exactly what you’re looking for!
Step Three
Strategy
The week before our day together, we’ll hop on a 45-minute prep-call to plan for our day, go over all of your workbooks, answer questions and set ourselves up for success.
Step four
Dharma Day
Sit back and watch the magic unfold. I’ll check in with you via email, text, and phone when I need your feedback so I can get immediate direction that will keep us moving forward.
Step Five
Follow-up Support
Your Dharma Day includes 30-days of email support. I’ll provide the answer, resources or a video tutorial so you feel empowered and able to use what we created together effectively.

If you’re ready to have the brain power and skillset of an entire marketing department (that’s me!) focused on your business for an entire day then this is your invitation. Let’s move your brand and business forward, together, with a Dharma Day!
It’s important to note that with a Dharma Day, you’re purchasing a block of time and not the final deliverables. I will work as efficiently, and intentionally, as I can but there is no guarantee for what will be completed.
Having you available to provide quick feedback and direction is crucial for a successful day together. If we don’t finish everything then you can always book another day or a half day to wrap things up.

One Dharma Day is $1,850 and a Half Day is $925. You will pay a 50% deposit after you book to secure the date on my calendar. The other 50% is due the day before the Dharma Day.

I’ve provided some timelines for common projects that people book with me on this part of this page so you can take a look and decide what makes the most sense for what you’re looking to accomplish together. If you still have a question about the amount of time needed, please send me an email.

After you book your day and pay the 50% deposit, I will ask you to fill out a Dharma Day workbook so I can understand exactly what you want me to work on. After I receive your completed workbook, I’ll provide at least one workbook inside a GoogleDrive folder that will help you get organized and clarified so that I can make the most of our time together. The workbook(s) are designed so you don’t have to think about about how to prepare, you simply need to follow the prompts and I’ll have everything I need.

Yes! I love a payment plan. The default payment plan is 50/50 but you can customize the payment plan up to 4 payments. Please send me an email after booking to request a different payment plan. The day must be paid in full when it arrives.

Since I have a limited number of spots for Dharma Days, there will not be any refunds. If you need to reschedule our day then I ask that you request a reschedule within 14 days of your scheduled day. If you do reschedule then you’ll have 90 days to rebook from your original date.
Please note I allow one courtesy reschedule (because, life happens.) Any additional reschedule will incur a $150 rescheduling fee.

I’ve worked with folks from coast-to-coast in the US and it’s been a breeze. If you’re outside the US, then I can always adjust the hours that I work to when you’ll be available.

I typically book out about a month in advance. I like to give my clients at least 2 weeks for the workbooks. This ensures you have everything ready for a super successful day together.

Since we will have had a 45-min prep call the week before, I’ll have everything I need to get started right at 10am ET. I check in between 12pm - 1pm with your first deliverables and then I’ll need you available intermittently between then and the end of the day to provide feedback and direction.

I recommend giving yourself at least 2 weeks to go through the workbooks I will provide. If you’re really motivated and have lots of time to prepare then that timeline can be shortened by a week.
